In Madeira, there is an enormous variety of accommodations. All major categories are available, with a wide variety of prices, in general, much lower than in other European destinations. A very good Price/Value.

At the present time, the municipality of Funchal has 19,357 hotel beds. In all the hotels, hospitality, personalised service, good taste and quality are the features that stand out. There is a significant number of 5-star hotels, and quality continues to be the major emphasis of hotels in Madeira. The hotel zone includes all of the south coast and is centred mainly on the west side of Funchal.

Today, visitors can choose between the refined luxury of the century-old traditional hotel service and the more recent solutions for accommodation, smaller hotels that allow guests to have closer contact with the local population. There are many hotels with prices ranging from 50,00 € up to 250,00 € per room and per night. Arrangements will be made with our local travel agency in order to coordinate this issue and to allow online booking.
